Our Grantmaking Priorities:

Preventative and Alternative Pathways for Family Well-Being

This theme prioritizes initiatives that counteract the criminalization of poverty within the child welfare system and pave the way for a brighter future for vulnerable families, including with economic and concrete supports.

Transition Age Youth Well-Being and Empowerment

This theme addresses the immediate needs of TAY while also supporting their advocacy to ensure better outcomes for TAY now and in the future.

Our commitment extends beyond conventional grantmaking, touching on pivotal areas that demand attention. We are actively:

  • Engaging in initiatives that drive positive transformations in the lives of families and children within the child welfare system.

  • Exploring the cross-cutting facets of our philanthropic focus, delving into educational efforts and workshops that uplift communities and contribute to meaningful change. We aim to do this across our two thematic areas, and in close conversation with organizations working with those most impacted by the system.
