The Hummingbird Social Justice Fund is a private philanthropic initiative that is committed to creating a more just and equitable society by empowering and uplifting vulnerable populations, particularly low-income families and Transition Age Youth involved with or at risk of involvement with the child welfare system.

As part of our charitable endeavors, we aim to:
Raise public consciousness regarding the challenges and inequalities experienced by individuals from BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities within the child welfare system.
Extend philanthropic support by awarding grants to organizations and initiatives that assist BIPOC and LGBTQ+ youth navigating through or transitioning out of the child welfare system.
